MDVSN funding success

IMPRESS is pleased to announce that we have been awarded funding.

The funding is from the Medical Devices and Vulnerable Skin Network (MDVSN) to study a new technology for skin sensing in conjunction with the Leeds Wound Care Research Unit. Over 6 months the Breaking Barriers in Skin Sensing project will evaluate how efficient using a novel electrical measurement technique is for real time assessment of skin barrier function for at risk patients such as those with incontinence and also diabetics.
